Beijing Peace Carbon Environmental Technology Ltd (“Peace Carbon”) was established in 2010 in Beijing with capital of 30 million RMB. The main business includes greenhouse gas (“GHG”) verification, sustainable development of government and enterprise groups and low-carbon think tank, investment and financing of low-carbon projects. Peace Carbon has branches in Shanghai, Nanjing, Taiyuan, Hefei, Fuzhou, Nanchang, Changsha, Hohhot and other cities.

  The core team members of Peace Carbon are corporate partners. They come from multinational energy, oil and gas groups, top international investment bank and internationally certified Institution by UN. It is a stable team with experience of several years of working together. Peace Carbon is the foreign-aid training cooperation company of Academy of Macroeconomic Research, NDRC and State Forestry Administration of the People’s Republic of China, having provided training to more than 1000 officers from 130 countries in terms of carbon asset management and carbon emissions trading. Peace Carbon is the strategic partner of Beijing Environment Exchange, Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, China Emissions Exchange and Guangzhou Carbon Emissions Exchange, as well as the supporting partner of the Carbon Disclosure Project of Chinese Enterprises. So far, Peace Carbon has been authorized as the third-party verification organization in Jiangxi, Hunan, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Fujian, Shanxi, Sichuan, Guangxi and Huizhou by nine provincial Development and Reform Commissions, Suzhou and Nanjing municipal Development and Reform Commission. With the leadership of relevant provincial and municipal Development and Reform Commissions, we conducted work on greenhouse gas emissions reporting and verification of key enterprises, which provided opportunities for us to get access to first-line customer resources from key enterprises within the key national industries. Therefore, we have been entrusted by the relevant policy funds to become the strategic supporting organization of the fund’s investment projects pipeline with responsibility of screening and assessment of key energy saving and retrofit projects within key industries.

   With close cooperation with the relevant provincial and municipal Development and Reform Commissions, large scale state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, and trading platforms and third-party certification authorities, Peace Carbon will adhere to core principle of group operations, professionally categorized services, and provide comprehensive support to enterprises in terms of capital, technology and industry resources with aim to become the top domestic sustainable development service provider.
